Hi, I’m Saab Magalona-Bacarro and I have ADHD! With my years of experience in coaching and as a recently certified trauma-informed life coach specializing in ADHD, I’ll guide you through finding the tools and strategies that will actually work for you in the long-term.
I won’t be pushing for apps, hacks, and templates (although there will be a lot of sharing on those hehe), but I’ll be helping you understand AND LOVE yourself as you are. Together, we’ll help you navigate life on your terms, with a community that’s got your back.

A lot of people with ADHD find that coaching is the game-changer they’ve been missing to really get a handle on things.
Instead of just throwing random productivity hacks at the wall, you’ll actually understand why you do what you do and how to make real, lasting changes.

No worries at all! All coaching sessions are recorded, so you can watch or listen to the replay at your own convenience. The videos also have transcripts (not perfect because taglish but at least it's easier to find what you're looking for!) and you'll get a private podcast feed for easy, on-the-go access.

I super get that one-on-one coaching seems better, but here’s the thing: I designed this program based on both my personal experience and the latest research on what works best for adults with ADHD. Studies show that group coaching is actually more effective than one-on-one sessions, which is why we focus on group support in Chaos Control Club. Healing and growth happen best in a community setting. If you’re feeling a bit nervous about group coaching, I’ll be sharing a video from a past session (with permission, of course!) so you can see just how safe and supportive this environment really is.
If you really can't raise your hand for group coaching, you can book me for a one-on-one session but it's on a first-come, first-served basis! -
No! As I'm still launching my pilot batch, we'll feel each other out and see what will work best for everyone but my intent is to only coach 1-3 people max per call. Only the coachee and I will have our mics and cameras (encouraged but optional) turned on. Sharing of thoughts and support by others happens on the chat. We can definitely have special hangout sessions for smaller groups where most if not everyone can get a chance to talk!

One of the coolest things about group coaching is that you can have major breakthroughs just by listening to others. Even if you’re not the one in the hot seat, you’ll pick up insights and strategies that hit home.
The situations might not be exactly the same, but we’re all dealing with similar stuff: procrastination, disorganization, emotional ups and downs, always running late, work stress, shame, and those nagging feelings of failure. You’ll quickly realize you’re not alone in this, and you’ll find yourself learning and growing, even when someone else is being coached.

I didn't just take a 2-hour test to get a certificate -- I actually put in the work and studied for 6 months and did hours of peer coaching under my own coach, Kristen Carder. I never did 1-on-1 coaching with her, I did years of just lurking on replays and listening to the private feed before I decided to invest in training with her to develop my own program. That's why I'm a HUGE believer of group coaching for ADHDers.
